Dr. Daniel Mullenaux
Dr. Mullenaux is honest and compassionate with his patients while helping them achieve the healthy and beautiful smile they have always desired. He takes time to listen to his patients so he can ensure his patients feel confident with choosing their treatment options. He has a true passion for what he does and it shows every time a patient says how wonderful he is! Dr. Mullenaux was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science. He then graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2005. At USC Dr. Mullenaux excelled and was honored repeatedly on the Dean’s List. In his free time you will find Dr. Mullenaux exploring the outdoors with his family.
Courtney, RDH
Courtney is sweet, bubbly and compassionate! She has been a part of Queen Creek Dental for over ten years and we love having her apart of our team as our Dental Hygienist. Courtney has a true passion for what she does and loves interacting with her patients. She strives to make every ones visit enjoyable and comfortable. Courtney has lived in Arizona for most of her life and resides in Queen Creek with her husband and three kids.
Kristina, RDH
Kristina is always positive, kind and compassionate! With a decade of experience as a dental hygienist Kristina has been making smiles brighter and healthier! She was born and raised in Maple Valley, WA, but now calls Queen Creek Arizona home. Beyond the dental chair Kristina cherishes family time with her two children, exploring the great outdoors, and enjoying the natural beauty that Arizona has to offer.
Dominique, RDA
Dominique is outgoing, kind, and strives to make every patients experience a good one! Dominique has over twenty years of experience, you will see her in our front office and also in the back office helping Dr. Mullenaux. She has been a part of our team for one, and we are so lucky to have her as a member of our team! She is from Flagstaff, AZ and in her time out of the office you will find her coaching sports and spending time with her husband and two kids.
